Beth completed her undergraduate education at Salem State College and her Masters of Physician Assistant at Arcadia University. She is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Physician Assistants. Her special area of interest is Women’s Health. She works with Dr. Jay Isaac. |
Inna Epshteyn, PA-C

Inna completed her undergraduate education and Masters of Physician Assistant studies at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Sciences in Boston. She is certified with the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants, a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Massachusetts Association of Physician Assistants. She works with Dr. James Michael Maguire. |
Michael Arsenian, MD

Dr. Arsenian is a Partner at Cape Ann Medical Center. Dr. Arsenian completed his undergraduate education at the University of North Carolina and his Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He completed his medical training at Worcester City Hospital and Maine Medical Center. Dr. Arsenian is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine. He holds additional certification in Nuclear Cardiology, Echocardiology, Vascular Ultrasound, Electrocardiology, Cardiac Pacing and Hypertension. His special areas of interest are prevention of cardiovascular disease, critical care medicine, and disorders of the autonomic nervous system. He has published several articles addressing various subtopics in the cardiology field of study. He was awarded the “Phillip O. Herrick Award” by Northeast Healthcare in 2007 and “Community Clinician of the Year” by the Essex South District Medical Society in 2008. Dr. Arsenian is married with three children and one grandchild. |
David Probert, PA-C

David completed his undergraduate education at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, and his Physician Assistant degree at Northeastern University. David is certified in medicine and surgery. He is a Fellow in the Society of Critical Care Medicine, and a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academey of Physician Assistants. His specialty area is Cardiology. David is married with three children. A retired 26 year veteran of the United States Coast Guard, he is active with the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts of America. |
